The 1st Community Emergency Medicine Conference

The 1st Community Emergency Medicine Conference is a meeting for clinicians and managers that are interested in responding to the increasing challenges across the whole Urgent and Emergency Care sector that have resulted from high system demand, increasing clinical and social complexity, and a challenged emergency workforce.

The programme will define the nature of the challenge, and explore solutions and opportunities for more integrated and collaborative working between acute trusts, ambulance services, community providers and primary care.

Hosted by the Physician Response Unit team, the conference will inform discussion about the clinical, operational, and organisational aspects of delivering high quality and patient-centred Community Emergency Medicine.
